Meeting Registration and Abstract Submission

To register for the annual meeting (which now includes annual membership) and submit an abstract, please complete the following form below. If you wish to register for the annual meeting without submitting an abstract, the form below will also allow you to do this. NOTE: If you wish to become a Member only (without registering for or attending the annual meeting), please click the "Membership" link in the left menu.




Meeting Registration Payment

Payment for the meeting is a separate process. Once the form is completed, please be sure to submit payment below.

Payment can be made by PayPal or by credit card.
Please note that you may add items to a cart (which will open in a new page). If you wish to add more items (i.e., you are paying on behalf of other meeting registrants), you may come back to this page and press the "Add to Cart" button for the appropriate type of registration you wish to add - this will update quantities on the PayPal page that opened up previously. Otherwise you may adjust quantities within the PayPal page itself. Be sure to review your "Cart" before submitting payment.

   














Additional Notes About Registration and Payment


Why register and pay online? Most importantly it allows us to accurately plan for the number of meals, recruit judges, print name badges, and determine the number of copies of the Proceedings needed. Registering online also helps us to maintain our meeting database and ensures that you receive timely communications regarding the annual meeting.

Due to the substantial costs associated with providing catering without an accurate attendance count, ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Register and submit abstracts using the online form above by the meeting registration deadline (April 7, 2017).

Again, after submitting your registration information using the online form, please click on the appropriate registration type(s) and complete the payment process. We realize this continues to be an inconvenient method of payment, but we have not yet gotten an alternate website/form designed that will integrate registration and payment (and has minimal cost to the Academy).
