Abstract Submission
Abstracts for the NDAS Annual Meeting are due March 1, 2012. The 2012 Abstract Guidelines are available in .pdf format below. Abstracts should be submitted to ndas@ndacadsci.org. Attach your communication and associated graphics files to the email with the subject line reading : NDAS ABSTRACT. Please DO NOT send .pdfs. Send the abstracts in .doc, .rtf or .pages format. Please include the category of your submission (undergraduate, graduate, professional) within the body of the e-mail.
Tentative Schedule and Venue
The 2012 Annual Meeting of the North Academy of Science will be held at the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center in Bismarck, ND. All meals will be served at the conference center.
The evening's plenary speaker will be Dr. John Hoganson, ND State Paleontologist, Curator of the State Fossil Collection at the Heritage Center and member of the North Dakota Geological Survey. Dr. Hoganson's address is entitled: Dinosaurs, Sharks, and Woolly Mammoths: Glimpses of Life in North Dakota's Prehistoric Past.
Registration and Hotel
Please fill out the registration form on the 'Registration' page. You may pay via your paypal account or by credit card. Registration for the annual meeting is a separate process from membership. To join NDAS or renew your membership please fill out the form and submit your payment on the 'Membership' page.
Accommodations have been arranged at the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center.
