Abstract Submission

       Abstracts for the NDAS Annual Meeting are due March 27, 2015.  The 2015 Abstract Guidelines are available in .pdf format here.  Abstracts should be submitted to ndas@ndacadsci.org. Attach your communication and associated graphics files to the email with the subject line reading : NDAS ABSTRACT.  Please DO NOT send .pdfs.  Send the abstracts in .doc, .rtf or .odt format. Please include the category of your submission (undergraduate, graduate, professional) and the type of submission (oral presentation or poster presentation) within the body of the  e-mail.  All abstracts submitted before the deadline are accepted unless you receive an email specifying otherwise.  Abstracts submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed to be accepted or published in the annual Proceedings.  All submitted abstracts should receive an automated email reply indicating that your abstract has been received.


    We will be having both oral and poster presentations this year.  All oral presentations consist of a 15 minute talk followed by a 5 minute question and answer period.  A LCD projector and computer will be available.  Only oral presentations will be judged for the Denison Award.

Tentative Schedule and Venue
        The 2015 Annual Meeting of the North Academy of Science will be held at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND.  Additional details will be posted as they are confirmed.  Please keep rechecking this page as the meeting date approaches.

        Please fill out the registration form on the 'Registration' page.  You may pay via your paypal account or by credit card.  Registration for the annual meeting is a separate process from membership.  To join NDAS or renew your membership please fill out the form and submit your payment on the 'Membership' page.
