Abstracts for the NDAS Annual Meeting are due April 1, 2016.
The NEW 2016 Abstract Guidelines are available in .pdf format here. All abstracts should be typed in the fillable NDAS Abstract form found here. An example abstract can be found here.
Abstracts should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Attach your completed abstract form to the email with the subject line reading : NDAS ABSTRACT. Please DO NOT send .pdfs. Please include the category of your submission (undergraduate, graduate, professional) and the type of submission (oral presentation or poster presentation) within the body of the e-mail.
All abstracts submitted before the deadline are accepted unless you receive an email specifying otherwise. Abstracts submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed to be accepted and will not be published in the printed annual Proceedings. Late abstract submissions that are accepted will only appear in the electronic version of the Proceedings.
We will once again be having both oral and poster presentations this year. All oral presentations consist of a 15 minute talk followed by a 5 minute question and answer period. A LCD projector and computer will be available. Only oral presentations will be judged for the Denison Award.
Tentative Schedule and Venue
The 2016 Annual Meeting of the North Academy of Science will be held at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. Additional details will be posted as they are confirmed. Please keep rechecking this page as the meeting date approaches.

Please fill out the registration form on the 'Registration' page. You may pay via your paypal account or by credit card. Registration for the annual meeting is a separate process from membership. To join NDAS or renew your membership please fill out the form and submit your payment on the 'Membership' page.
