Abstract and Registration Deadlines

Abstract and Registration Deadline: Tuesday, February 19, 2019

All abstracts submitted after the abstract deadline may not be included in the print edition of the Proceedings. Registration by the deadline ensures an accurate count for meals and parking (thus avoiding excess expenditures).

To register (and submit an abstract), click on "Registration" in the menu on the left.

Abstract Submission

To ensure continuity and efficiency in putting together the Proceedings for this year's meeting, Rules and Guidelines can be found below.

All abstracts are to be submitted only through the completion of the Meeting Registration and Abstract Submission form found under the "Registration" link in the menu on the left. No abstracts will be accepted by email.

All abstracts submitted before the deadline will be accepted, unless you receive an email specifying otherwise. Abstracts submitted after the deadline are not guaranteed to be accepted and will only appear in the electronic version of the Proceedings.

We will once again be having both oral and poster presentations. All oral presentations consist of a 15 minute talk followed by a 5 minute question and answer period. An LCD projector and computer will be available. Only oral presentations will be judged for the Denison Award Competition.
