Abstract and Presentation Information

There will be both oral and poster presentations. Abstracts must be submitted using the form included in the registration process (text only).

Oral Presentations: Undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and faculty are encouraged to give oral presentations.  Talks should be structured to fit a 15 minute time-frame followed by a 5 minute question and answer period. Talks will be grouped by topic; concurrent sessions are likely. Talks by undergraduate and graduate presenters are eligible for cash awards.

Posters: Poster presentations are limited to undergraduate students only. Student presenters will be available over the lunch break to discuss their research with NDAS attendees and the public. Posters will have maximum dimensions of 54"W x 48"H.

Registration

To register for the annual meeting, and submit an abstract, please complete the form below (link forthcoming). This form will allow you to register for the meeting, whether or not you are presenting; however, if you plan on presenting, please have your abstract ready before completing this form.

Once you have registered, please submit payment using the options under "Payment".

Payment

The fees for meeting registration and meals are as follows:

$75 - Faculty/Postdoc/Professional

$55 - Graduate/Undergraduate Student

Lodging is available at two hotels located within 5 minutes from Minot State. Please mention the NDAS meeting when booking for the negotiated rate.

Parking

Free parking is available at Minot State University on Saturday. The event will take place primarily in Old Main and Swain Hall. Lots are located near each building, and can be found on the campus map here: https://www.minotstateu.edu/map/.
